विश्वास  की  धारा 

जब  भी  हम  किसी  चीज़  पर  विश्वास  करते  है  अलग  सा  रोमांच  होता है  अपने  अंदर,

एक  ऐसा  जो  अलग  लगता  है  जीवन  की  धार  में  कोई  लय  आ  गयी  है,क्योंकि  वो भाव  साँसों  के  साथ  मिल  जाता  है ,

वो  भाव  ऐसी  ऊर्जा  देता  है  की  उसकी  व्याख्या  नहीं  की  जा  सकती,जीवन  को  नयी  दिशा  मिल  जाती  है,

जैसे  नदी  को  विश्वास  होता  है  वो  सागर  से  मिलेगी  ,बढ़ती  चली  जाती  है,जो  मार्ग  में  आए  परवाह  नहीं,एक अलग  लय  रहता  है  ,उसी  तरह  जीवन  में  कुछ  पाना है  तो  विश्वास  का  होना  ज़रूरी  है,उसी  विश्वास  से  भाव  पैदा  होगा,

भाव  से  आपका  कर्म, कर्म  व्यक्ति  को  रूपांतरित  कर  देता  है,लेकिन  इन सबका  सूत्रधार  है  विश्वास,वो  एक  तरंग  होता  है  विशाल  सागर  की  जिसका  सफ़र  सागर  की  अंतिम  तल  को  छूना  है, उसी  प्रकार  जीवन  के  बहुत  आयाम  है,

उसको  जो  छू  ले तो  जीवन  सम्पूर्ण  हो जाए, लेकिन क़दम  तो  बढ़ाना  होगा  कुछ  स्पंदन  तो  लाना  होगा,किसी  को  विश्वास  से  मानना  होगा, और  जैसे  ही  वो  बीज  के  रूप  में चित्त  के  अंदर  गया  आपको  एक  दिशा  देगा और  वही विश्वास  की  धारा  आपको  अपने  जीवन  के  सागर  से  मिलाएगी  ।।।।।।।

 

Dancing of Life in Its Naturality

A ray of light triggers everyone to wake from slumber; in the same way, a search for purpose serves as a stimulus for someone to move in the right direction. Life’s rhythm begins with such simple awakenings, guiding us to align with its natural flow.

When we see a flower, let us pause. Inhale its beauty without analyzing or rationalizing. Be an observer, completely absorbed in its essence. In this quiet surrender, a profound realization may dawn upon us: the self that yearns for purpose becomes evident. A flower’s fragrance can stir a deep sense of naturality within, reconnecting us to the very essence of life.

Everyday life offers countless glimpses of its naturality, yet we often overlook or miss them. Consider children playing freely on the streets, their laughter unburdened by the pressures of life. They embody the purest purpose of existence—to dance, to live fully in the moment.

Every stage of life—from childhood to adulthood, from adulthood to old age—is rich with purpose and experiences. Yet, we frequently lose sight of this natural progression. We tend to focus only on outcomes, reducing life to a transactional bargain, rather than embracing it in its entirety. Life, in its wholeness, transcends these fragments. It is a harmonious dance, best understood without discrimination or reduction.

When we gaze at the sky, we encounter a boundless continuity. The vast blanket of stars, the ever-present sun, and the tranquil moon remind us of life’s eternal nature. The sky, with its endless expanse, whispers to us: “Do not become fragmented. See me; I am eternal, holding everything in its natural harmony.” The moon, sun, and stars are not separate entities—they are interconnected parts of a unified whole.

This silent conversation with the sky teaches us to view life as an integrated audience, where every dimension has its role to play. When we embrace this perspective, we understand that the essence of life is to be taken as a whole, not dissected into isolated parts.

In moments of distortion or despair, turn your gaze toward nature. Feel its gentle rhythm and let it remind you that life is a continuous dance flowing through you. Sit down, reflect, and celebrate this profound connection. Dance in sync with life, not as an act of escape, but as a gesture of gratitude for its naturality.

As the poet Rumi once said, "When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy." Similarly, the great philosopher Tagore expressed, “The butterfly counts not months but moments and has time enough.” These reflections urge us to cherish life’s fleeting yet eternal beauty.

Celebrate the moments—big and small—for they are all threads in the tapestry of existence. धूल के अंधड़

 अंधड़ है बहुत

कुछ धूल से भरे, 

कुछ आधे यूँ पड़े, 

हवा की मार से सब औंधे मुँह पड़े.

क्या डर से स्तब्ध है, 

या मौन ही प्रारब्ध है, 

ये भला क्या प्रकोप है, क्यों सब के सब निःशब्द है, 

तकतों की दुनिया में, 

क्यों है सब मूक बनके यहाँ, 

किस चीज की आहट से, 

भला जागती है दुनिया, 

डर का कैसा ये अंतर्जाल है, 

फैला कैसा ये तिमिर जाल है, 

प्रकाश पुंज की प्रतीक्षा है सभी को, 

पर नसों में धधकती क्यों नहीं अंगार है, 

रथ पर आरूढ़ हो, 

सारथी या रथी बनो, 

आरुण्य की लालिमा से, 

तिलक कर आगे बढ़ो, 

पथ तुम्हारा खुल जायेगा, 

धूल से भरा अंधड़ स्वयं ही हट जायेगा..

सोच में हाज़िर

आकाश में घना कोहरा है,
कुछ अजीब बात है ना,
ठंड भी नहीं है,
पर ये कोहरा है,
सड़क पर भीड़ खड़ी है,
बेवजह,
किसी ने पूछा क्यों क्या हुआ?
पर, कोई कुछ बोलता नहीं,
सभी बुत की तरह खड़े हैं,

तभी एक छोटा सा लड़का बोलता है,
डरे है सब, किसी अनजान खतरे से,
कोई अपने अतीत से, तो कोई अपने भविष्य से,
इनकी सोच में कोई हाज़िर हो गया है,
जिसका तिलिस्म ये तोड़ नहीं पा  रहे है,
बस कोई सकारात्मक  सोच, जो हाज़िर हुई सोच से लड़ सके तभी कुछ होगा,
नहीं तो,
ये हाज़िर हुई सोच इनके रूह को खत्म कर देगी,
सोच और विचारों का द्वंद् तो सदियों से चला आ रहा है,
जीता वही जो परिवर्तन के साथ रहा,
सुदृढ़ रहा, निर्भय रहा,
और मन के दरवाजे कैद करने वाली सोच के लिए बंद,
और मुक्त करने वाली सोच के लिए खोल दिये,
जैसे आकाश बाहें फैलाये वर्षा को अपनाता है,
और घने कोहरे को हटाता है.

Taliban 2.o

 Taliban  a year long regime -From Taliban 1.0 to Taliban 2.0

After waging a war against  Afghanistan democratic  government  and U.S troops ,Taliban finally gained controlled over Afghanistan in 2021.Amid all much has  been changed for Afghani people and India strategic interest and its ties with Afghanistan .

How Taliban occupied Afghanistan space- a history

Taliban spread in Afghanistan  in 1994 as fundamentalist group , largely consist of students of know as (talib),from  the Pashtun  area pf east and southern Afghanistan  who had been educated in  traditional islamic school ( madrasa)..After having complete control over Afghanistan in 1996 it ruled till 2001 before being ousted by U.S troops that led to gradual establishment of democratic form of government.

what has been changed -(tracing back history )

When Taliban took over the Kabul, Afghanistan was in ruins devastated by civil war but things have changed in incremental manner with the help of foreign aids and active engagement of countries like India ,U.S, etc especially India contributed heavily ,by building infrastructures such as roads, dams , electricity transmission lines ,hospital and other basic rural infrastructures but things have changed when Taliban captured the Kabul in 2021 by militant action  but the major impediment that cast a shadow is lack of fund and finances.

when we  gaze towards civil and political spectrum  the scenario appears same as replication of old model like a same wine in new bottle  despite Taliban pledged a liberal form of government but after took over it gradually shift back to old practice of harsh interpretation of sharia law .

meanwhile, the Taliban failed to provide afghan people security ,adequate food and economic opportunities.

women were banned to attend educational institution that deprives them from one of the basic component that governs the right to live with liberty and dignity.

one news also surfaced that shows even  in public spaces there is clear demarcation between male and female group that clearly unveils the curtain of reforms promised by the Taliban.

even UN and other human right protection agencies also highlighted numerous human right violations .

India stake and stand in current scenario

As Afghanistan is vital for India  on many fronts and the afghani people believes in India right from their heart 

as they have cultural roots from ancient times when Afghanistan used to be a part of India but thing have changed during passage of time  but still Afghani people have faith in India  Diplomacy ,India  has also fulfilled its own commitment by building all major infrastructure projects like ,construction of Salma dam in Herat province ,Delaram -Zaranj highway ,construction of afghan parliament etc.

As Afghanistan provides a gateway to central Asia by bypassing Pakistan , and India also  developed  Chabahar port that can be connected through Delaram -Zaranj.

after the Taliban took over of Afghanistan India closed its embassy in Afghanistan but India continues to support the afghani people through food aids and medicines since 2021.

on the other hand Taliban and its leaders are struggling to find international recognition and they have inclined towards china to take lead but china is apprehensive and cautious on fact that Afghanistan does not become launching pad for uighur muslim in Xinjiang  province where china is accused of oppression of uighur muslim human rights. 

where as Pakistan who is long term adversary of India indirectly support Taliban to fulfil its own geopolitical interest and the synergy and coordination between China,Pakistan and Afghanistan is cause of concern for India.

considering this trilateral axis co-ordination India should reinvigorate itself and actively engages with current Taliban regime by strengthening its land border security arrangement and move dynamically in global diplomatic space to further own strategic  interest as well as pitch for re-establishment of  democratic values in Afghanistan and improvement in living condition of people in Afghanistan.

भारत और अमेरिका के रक्षा संबंधी मामलों में अमेरिका का नरम भाव - S-400 के सौदे को मंज़ूरी का समर्थन

 भारत  और  अमेरिका  के  रक्षा  संबंधी   मामलों  में  अमेरिका  का  नरम  भाव - S-400 के  सौदे  को मंज़ूरी का  समर्थन 

हाल  ही  में  जो  बाइडन   प्रशासन  के   बयान  के   अनुसार  अमेरिका , भारत  और  रूस  के  बीच S-400   विकसित   मिसाइल प्रणाली  के  समझौते  को  मंज़ूरी  देने  की  तरफ़  है।

जैसा  की  हम  सभी  जानते  है   कि 2018  में  भारत  और  रूस  के  बीच S-400  का  क़रार  तय  हुआ  था।इस  बात  से  अमेरिका  ने  भारत पर  ‘काउंटरिंग अमेरिकाज एडवर्सरीज थ्रू  सैंक्शन एक्ट’ (Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act) (CAATSA) अधिनियम  के  अनुसार  प्रतिबंध लगाया।

CAATSA  के  अंतर्गत अमेरिका  उन  सभी  देशों पर  प्रतिबंध  लगा  सकता  है  , जो  अमेरिका  विरोधी  राष्ट्रों  से  जिन्हें  अमेरिका  अपना विरोधी  मानता  है  जिनमें रूस  ,ईरान, और  नॉर्थ  कोरिया  हैं  उनसे  रक्षा  से जुड़े  सौदों की  पहल करते हैं।

भारत  के  लिए  क्यों  ज़रूरी  है  s-400  और  भारत  का  क्या  है  मत?

S -400  एक वायु रक्षा मिसाइल प्रणाली है ,जो सतह से हवा में मार करने वाली  मिसाइल प्रणाली है . जिसका रडार बहुत अत्याधुनिक और ताकतवर है जो अमेरिका के थाड (THAAD) से कहीं  ज्यादा विकसित है ।

इसे विमान, क्रूज़ और बैलिस्टिक मिसाइलों और हाइपरसोनिक हथियारों को नष्ट करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है और इसका उपयोग ज़मीन पर बने इन्स्टॉलेशन पर भी किया जा सकता है.

साल 2018 में भारत ने रूस से पाँच एस-400 मिसाइल सिस्टम ख़रीदने के सौदे पर  हस्ताक्षर  किया  था , जिसकी  पहली  खेप  भारत पहुँच  गयी  है।

 S-400 रूस का बेहद आधुनिक मिसाइल सिस्टम है जो  भारत  के  सैन्य  सुरक्षा   की दृष्टि  के  अनुसार   बहुत  आवश्यक  है  क्योंकि  भारत  का  धुर  विरोधी  चीन  जिसके  पास  आधुनिक  मिसाइल है , वहीं दूसरी तरफ पाकिस्तान और चीन की एकजुटता और भारत के साथ सीमा विवादों को देखते हुए शक्ति संतुलन के लिहाज से ये बहुत उपयोगी और ठोस मिसाइल प्रणाली है

हल में चल रहे लद्दाख सीमा विवाद को मद्दे नजर रखते हुए भारत ने अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए इस उपकरण की खरीद का पुरज़ोर समर्थन किया है .

क्यों  अमेरिका के नज़रिए   में  हुआ बदलाव ?

विश्व  की महाशक्तियों में खुद का हितों को देखर अपनी प्रभुता दिखाने की होड़ लगी है जिसके  तहत  मजबूत सैन्य शक्ति   और कूटनीतिक और राजनतिक प्रयासों से अपनी हितों को साध रही हैं।

 चीन और अमेरिका के बीच शक्ति की प्रतिस्पर्द्धा   लगातार  चल रही है, लेकिन इंडो-पैसिफिक(Indo- Pacific) क्षेत्र में इसकी गूंज जयादा साफ़ सुनाई देती है।

वर्तमान में रूस और यूक्रेन युद्ध से रूस और चीन के  रिश्तों के  बीच में एक नया मोड़ आया है और दोनों देश अपने अपने हितों के लिए एक दूसरे की सहायता कर रहे हैं।

अमेरिका के लिए चीन के साथ प्रशांत महासागर में निपटने के लिए भारत का सहयोग बहुत जरुरी है क्योंकि भारत चीन के बाद एशिया की दूसरी बड़ी सैन्य शक्ति है।

दूसरा  मसला यह है  की  अमेरिका के लिए अफ़ग़ानिस्तान  का मुद्दा भी अहम् है ,जहाँ अब तालिबान सत्ता पर काबिज़ है ,

और अमेरिका आतंकवाद विरोधी गतिविरोधियों को रोकने के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता के लिए प्रयासरत है  ,अतः उसे भारत का सहयोग और समर्थन की जरुरत है जो भारत और अमेरिका के साझे हितों में से महत्वपूर्ण भाग है।

हाल में  ही  दिए गए बयान में अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्रालय की प्रवक्ता नेड प्राइस ने भारत और रूस के पुराने संम्बधों को महत्व देते हुए  कहा  है  कि हर देश की अपनी विदेश नीति है। हमें बस अपना काम करते हुए अपने रिश्तों को मजबूत करना चाहिए जिन देशों से हमारे विचार और दृष्टिकोण मिलते है.

अमेरिका के बदलते और नरम स्वाभाव का कारण भारत का बढ़ता कद और कूटनीतिक और राजीनतिक प्रयासों का मिलाजुला परिणाम है.

इससे भारत की बैकडोर डिप्लोमेसी ने भी अपनी अहम् भूमिका निभाई है .,परंतु सबसे सकारात्मक बात यह है  कि  अमेरिका ने देर से ही सही भारत और रूस के  रक्षा सम्बन्धो को प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से स्वीकार कर लिया है ।

इससे पहले टर्की को S-400 मामलो में अमेरिका के कड़े और सख्त रूप का सामना करना पड़ा है ,लेकिन भारत  के प्रति अमेरिका के बदले रुख़ से चीन और  पाकिस्तान थोड़ा हैरत में हो क्योंकि  मौजूदा  हालत  के  भारत में सम्बन्ध रूस  और अमेरिका दोनों से से मजबूत है ,और इसके साथ ही भारत अपने ब्रह्मोस क्रूज मिसाइल को  और उन्नत  तरीक़े  से  विकसित कर सकता है रूस की जिरकान हाइपरसोनिक मिसाइल के  तकनीकी  के आधार पर।

अमेरिका का यह क़दम भारत और  अमेरिका के  संबंधो  को एक नया दिशा देगा जो दोनो  देशों के  लिए प्रभावकारी  होगा।
